Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling
More than 24 hours notice: No charge. Cancellations will be rescheduled to a time both parties agree to.
Less than 24 hours notice or No-show: Full lesson fee. No-shows are not refundable and non-reschedulable.

Payment Options
Payment Methods: I accept payments via PayPal and Wise.
Payment Schedule:
Paypal Payments are done automatically through the Paypal system.
Wise Payments are due on the 1st of each month. If lessons begin after the 1st, payments are due at a prorated rate prior to the first lesson. No late payment charge, but no lessons will occur until payment is made in full.

Booking
Lesson Scheduling: Lessons are scheduled at a recurring time each day or week, based on mutual agreement. For example, every Monday to Friday at 13:00. These will be recurring lesson times.
Package Deals: Package deals must be used within 3 months of purchase. No more than 3 lessons can be carried over. As of now, I do not have the systems to track large numbers of carry-over lessons. Unused lessons after this period will be forfeited.
